Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor
Full-time | Permanent
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established family-run business seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their friendly and knowledgeable team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial vehicle parts experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to customers and technicians alike.
The Role
As a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
• Supplying parts and advice for commercial vehicles
• Handling customer and workshop enquiries efficiently
• Identifying and sourcing correct parts quickly and accurately
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the parts department
What We’re Looking For
• Previous commercial vehicle parts experience is essential
• Strong product knowledge and attention to detail
• Confident communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
Hours & Pay
• 40 hours per week
• Standard hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Mon to Fri
• 1 in 3 early Saturday shifts (6:00am – 2:00pm)
• Overtime available
• Salary: £35,000 per annum
