Summary

We are recruiting a Housing Transformation Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
Awarded a C2 grading by the Regulator of Social Housing, the Council has strong foundations in place, supported by a Housing Transformation Programme focussed on continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on innovation and collaboration. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Housing Transformation Programme, working to involve tenants in shaping services, and ensure what we offer truly meets residents’ needs.
As a champion for progress, you’ll work closely with Officers and Members to embed new ways of working and embrace change across the Housing Landlord Service. Your influence will help design services that are efficient, effective, and future ready.
What we’re looking for:
A proactive, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a methodical approach.
Experience in managing change, transformation, and improvement.
Strong project planning and organisational skills.
A project management qualification or equivalent experience.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
