This is a strong opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller to step into a permanent night shift role within a high-precision engineering environment. Working on complex, close-tolerance components, this CNC Miller position suits someone who enjoys autonomy, consistency, and delivering quality work in a structured night shift setting.

As a CNC Miller, you’ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing parts to exact specifications for demanding industries. This CNC Miller role requires confidence working from drawings, inspecting your own work, and maintaining accurate manufacturing records throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities of the CNC Miller include:

- Setting and operating CNC milling machines on night shift

- Working with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls

- Inspecting components using hand measuring tools

- Producing parts from detailed technical drawings

- Changing tools, setting offsets, and editing programs

- Recording machining processes, tooling, and materials used

Essential skills and experience for a CNC Miller:

- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering

- Background in aerospace, defence, or similarly high-standard environments

- Strong understanding of precision machining and tight tolerances

- Ability to work independently during night shift operations
