What skills and experience we're looking for

The Board of Governors is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Head Teacher to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, in our continuous journey of self-improvement.

Grendon is a good and improving school, where our ‘We Can’ ethos and our vision that outlines the importance of both pastoral and academic curricula, drives everything that we do. We are proud of our caring ethos, dedicated staff, and child-centred approach.

The Governors are seeking a Head Teacher who can build upon these strong foundations; someone with a strong track record of leadership; someone who can support, challenge, inspire and motivate all stakeholders in order to achieve excellence in teaching and learning and further improve outcomes for children.
