What skills and experience we're looking for
Required from September 2026, an enthusiastic, well-qualified Business Studies teacher. The ability to offer one of the following supplementary subjects is desirable: KS3 Maths, A Level Economics or A Level Law. You will be joining a highly successful team in a vibrant and supportive school.Business Studies is taught from Years 9-11 at Gillingham School and we typically have 160 students opt for the subject each Year for GCSE. At A Level we offer both the A Level and the BTEC courses, with both being popular choices. Typically, there are three Level 3 classes in both Year 12 and Year 13. Economics and Law sit within the wider Business Faculty. The post is suited to either a newly qualified teacher or for a teacher with experience looking for a fresh challenge.
