What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced and dedicatedResource Provision Teacherto join our team, working atNewlands Primary Academy,and supporting our wider family of academies within the partnership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and inspiring learning experiences that help every child thrive.
In addition to their teaching role, the successful candidate willtake on SENCo responsibilities for the academyand will eitherhold the National Award for SEN Coordination or be willing to work towards this qualificationwith the support of the school.
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)needs
• A good understanding of adaptive teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong knowledge of SEND support, ensuring every child can access the curriculum and achieve their potential
