CASUAL SITE SERVICES OFFICER
CASTLE PHOENIX TRUST
Salary- Grade 4 – £13.47 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours- CASUAL
To work a range of hours between 7am – 7pm
(to be agreed as and when required)
Up to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), all year round.

Our Casual Site Services Officer is key to the effective running of the schools across the Trust. This role is varied and involves providing a quick response to general maintenance calls, manual handling and lifting, janitorial, monitoring and security duties. There will be the need to cover the opening and closing of sites, including working split shifts, this may be subject to short notice and supporting evening, weekend and school holiday lettings across sites.
Flexibility will be required to support all schools within the Trust in relation to Site Services jobs, and therefore travel will be required. The role will require driving a minibus and therefore the successful candidate will need to have held a driving license for at least 2 years.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Site Services Officer who has a ‘can do’ attitude who ideally will have experience of repairs and maintenance with in a similar environment.
As part of our staff professional development, we offer relevant training which provides the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge for this role.
We are seeking someone who is willing to go the extra mile to make a difference to the children at our schools within the Trust, the flexibility to be part of a great team, and the problem-solving skills to resolve situations as they arise, with the support of the Trust Estates Manager and Head of Estates
