Registered Home Manager (Learning Disabilities) – £51,000 – Full-Time
Are you an experienced Registered Home Manager looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Our client, a well-established specialist nursing home with a Good CQC rating, is looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their thriving team.

Before You Apply
- This role requires current or recent Registered Home Manager experience in a nursing/care home setting.
- Must have a Nursing qualification or a Level 5 Health and Social Care
- Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of CQC frameworks and inspection readiness.
- This position is not suitable for candidates without senior leadership experience in complex care.

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager in a nursing/care home setting
- Nursing Qualification and valid NMC PIN or Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent leadership qualification)
- Strong track record with CQC compliance and inspection outcomes
- In-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Positive Behaviour Support
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the service as Registered Manager
- Maintain CQC compliance and oversee inspections, audits, and quality improvement
- Manage and develop the senior team, creating clear accountability and standards
- Ensure care delivery aligns with PBS approaches and person-centred practice
- Oversee staffing, budgets, and resources to maintain safe and effective care
- Build professional relationships with families, commissioners, and external partners
