We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Market Harborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience supporting people with mental health needs and challenging behaviour.
This is a part-time permanent role, for a waking night postion.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Support Worker (mental health / challenging behaviour)
Flexible to work different day shift patterns
Reliable, patient, and empathetic nature
Ability to work well as part of a team
