Crynodeb
We’re looking for proactive, upbeat individuals who enjoy hands-on support work. Every day is different – you’ll assist both verbal and non-verbal adults with daily living tasks, personal care, community activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and more. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, following individual support plans to ensure the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support adults with daily living tasks and personal care
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Assist with community-based activities, appointments, and outings
• Prepare meals and support healthy eating
• Administer medication safely
• Maintain accurate daily records and follow care plans
• Use communication aids and techniques for verbal and non-verbal individuals
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) trained
• Confident in administering medication
• Moving and handling trained
• Kind, patient, and approachable personality
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong team player
