Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare a busy caseload of criminal prosecution files.
- Conduct advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court and support Crown Court matters where required.
- Advise on evidence, charging decisions, disclosure, and case strategy.
- Work closely with enforcement teams, investigators, and external agencies.
- Ensure all cases comply with the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act (CPIA), Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE), and relevant regulations.
- Draft legal documents, witness statements, and case summaries.
- Represent the organisation professionally in all court and client interactions.
