Summary

We’re looking for a committed and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our residential service and help create a safe, empowering, and person‑centered environment for the people we support.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the service, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high‑quality care and smooth operational delivery. You’ll lead by example, support staff development, and champion best practice

In addition, the role will also involve working on shift with the team of support workers to support residents with complex health/physical/learning disability needs.

Do you have;

The ability to make everyday matter for the people we support
Experience of working with Vulnerable Adults at a Senior Level for a minimum of 2 years in a busy residential / supported living setting
Diploma Level 4 (or equivalent) in care
The ability to promote health and wellbeing in people’s lives
The ability to be curious, aspirational and outcome focused
Must be able to evidence effective management and leadership skills
Working knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry
Ability to motivate self and others
Flexible approach to work, including shift patterns
Experience of electronic care management systems and rota systems
A full valid UK drivers licence and use of own vehicle (desirable)
