Our client is looking for a Recruitment Support Administrator to join the recruitment team. This is a full-time Monday-Friday employed office-based position.
This role will work closely in conjunction with the recruitment team ensuring the onboarding on new vehicle movement drivers for the business is a smooth process.
The suitable candidate will have experience in working in an office environment and being and integral effective member of a team. You will also be able to work on your own initiative ensuring completion of your responsibilities in a timely manner, reporting where appropriate to your line manager.
You will:
· Support the Recruitment Lead Driver Trainer
· Tablet preparation/ building for the new drivers' inductions
· Various Administrative duties
· Regular inter-departmental liaison
· Stock checks and ordering of new uniforms, dashcams and other equipment
· Ad-hoc on site vehicle appraisals and yard movements (age dependent)
· Liaison with local customer reporting appraisals and availability for delivery
· Arranging compound vehicles are delivered to local customer daily (age dependent)
· Any other duties required to assist with successful business operations
Required criteria:
· Good office environment work experience
· Ability to work on own initiative where required
· Ability to work well and build strong relationships with colleagues in all departments
· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Strong IT Literacy skills
· Good presentation skills
· Ability to multitask
· Disciplined and organised
· Reliable and dedicated
· Have a professional work ethic
· Work well under pressure
· Full UK driving licence with less than 6 active/ current penalty points
· Live within 45 minutes commute/ drive to Leicester LE2
Previous experience of working in a training environment would be ideal but not necessary as full training will be provided.
The start date for this role, will be as soon as successful candidate can commence.
