Your role:
You will work as part of the Business Services Team providing support across the company. This will include the following:
• Delivering a consistently high-quality service to all our colleagues at all levels of seniority to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company.
• Providing general administrative support across the company including supporting the business service areas of Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Communications.
Specifically, this includes:
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Maintaining and updating our internal systems
• Keeping comprehensive and accurate records
• Assisting with project management-related tasks including mini audits and financial maintenance
• Arranging meetings of different types and sizes - internal and external
• Working with the Office Lead in relation to maintaining and improving office facilities
• Health & Safety support – Working with our H&S lead to:
Attend and observe relevant training courses
Learn about Health Safety and Environmental legislation
Support in conducting and reviewing risk assessments, in particular Display Screen Equipment and Travel Risk Assessments.
Liaise internally with Support and Operational teams
Assist in preparing reports.
Assist in monitoring and reviewing records to ensure compliance with company regulations.

Qualifications:
At least 5 GCSE’s with:
• GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Essential
• GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential
Essential attributes for the role:
• Accuracy and good attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to, and sometimes implement own, processes
• The ability to quickly learn and adapt to company procedures and systems
• Some experience of MS Office, with excellent skills in Excel and Word
• Good numeracy skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills - to deal with colleagues, suppliers and clients
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and expectations of colleagues, communicate progress and raise questions where appropriate
• Adaptability - to deal constructively with challenges and to look for the best solution to meet changing priorities and objectives
Location:
The full-time role will be in our modern, eco-friendly offices at Broughton Park, near Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3FD. Our team has adopted a hybrid working approach with some requirement to work both from home and in the office. You will need to be in the Skipton office a minimum of 3 days a week.
