We have created an exciting new opportunity for a Rents Team Leader to manage, motivate, and train our high performing Rents Team. You will be responsible for managing 6 staff to review, develop, and deliver the service, and should ideally have experience of working in a Team Leader/supervisory role.


You must have a clear understanding of social housing issues and experience of working in a similar field/environment, , delivering a customer-focused, high-quality service, achieving set targets, working proactively and effectively with partner agencies, but also an understanding and experience of the enforcement process.


You must have good negotiating and decision-making skills, and able to work on your own initiative to resolve complex cases.
