Office Administration Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a vibrant growing company, for an office administrator, within our Godstone office.
This role is well suited to an experienced administrator, looking to work closely with the office team and within a dynamic environment. It is a great opportunity to make a real impact for a rapidly growing company.
Our location is remote and being able to drive and having a car are a must as is a strong constitution due to our activities within the telecommunication industry our office and working environment.
Job Overview
* Dealing with office tidiness and setting up training rooms
* Maintenance of equipment
* Screen calls
* Manage post
* Greet visitors
* Filing/photocopying
* Schedule meeting rooms
* Replenishing/ordering stock
* Excellent telephone manor and computer skills required.
* Assiting the Operations team with works planning, access and permit requests, job quoting, updating job spreadsheets
*Assiting the High Work trainig department with training course administration and on the day course set up.
Job Requirements
* Educated to at least GCSE level inc Maths and English.
* Experience in office administration (with/without qualifications) is required
* Social networking skills beneficial but not essential.
* Organised

* Good Communicator (verbally and written)
* Proficient Computer Skills
* Team Player
* Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Godstone and be able to drive to work.
Job Remuneration
* Depending on experience salary starting from £10.85 per hour up to £13.95 per hour with 40 expected per week.
* 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
* 3.5% employer contribution pension scheme
