EARNINGS
Commission-only for the first 2 weeks
Weekly pay during this period
After a successful 2 weeks:
Monthly basic salary
Uncapped commission
Earn up to £400 per qualified lead
Your performance = your income
No caps. No excuses. No limits.
THE ROLE (100% WORK FROM HOME)
Fully remote
Outbound calling to customers of major UK life insurance providers
Target: 250+ outbound calls per day
Booking life insurance policy reviews
Using proven scripts and CRM systems
Full training and onboarding provided
This is a sales role, not customer service.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
✅ Proven telesales / call centre sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
✅ Track record of working to targets and KPIs
✅ Confident handling objections and closing deals
✅ Own computer/laptop and headset
✅ Reliable internet & quiet home workspace
✅ Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
✅ Highly motivated and income-driven
❌ No sales experience = Do NOT apply
