We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in witney, providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This role covers day and night shifts and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting residents with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks
Encouraging independence and life skills development
Supporting social activities, outings, and community engagement
Assisting with complex needs and, where applicable, challenging behaviour
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care
What We’re Looking For:
Understanding of Health & Safety and Safeguarding Adults
Experience in social care, particularly with learning disabilities and complex needs
Ability to work day and night shifts flexibly
Moving and handling training is an advantage
Patience, resilience, and a calm, supportive approach
First Aid training is beneficial
