We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time band 3 adminsitration officer based at Latton Bush Centre Harlow
The role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Adult Therapy Services, including Speech and Language Therapy, Diabetes and Dietetics. This is a key role supporting clinical teams to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the service.
This role plays a vital part in supporting clinical teams and ensuring patients receive a responsive and well‑coordinated service. You will work closely with therapists, clinicians and service leads, contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the service.

Provide high‑quality administrative support to clinicians across multiple therapy services .
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations and waiting lists using electronic systems.
Maintain accurate patient records in line with Trust policies and information governanceAct as a first point of contact for patients, carers and healthcare professionals (telephone, email and face‑to‑face)
Process referrals, correspondence and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Support team meetings, including minute taking and document preparationAssist with general office duties such as data entry, filing and ordering supplies
