Summary
Job Title Personal Assistant / Carer
Purpose of the
job To look after our child for 4 hours a week term time and 6 hours a week during school holidays.
Hours and rate
of Pay To be agreed between parents and applicant. But because of council funding it will be around the living wage.
Main Duties The main duties identified in the job description are examples of the expectations required; there may be occasions where you are reasonably requested to provide additional activities to be undertaken inside or outside of the home.

My assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable. My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity. My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition. You must be able to work well independently. My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer. Should have understanding of SEND requirements To maintain a healthy environment for children, residents/service users, this is smoke-free setting and smoking is not permitted during working hours or on the premises.
