Are you an experienced ready for your next challenge? Our well-established client has a requirement for a Window Fabricator to join their friendly manufacturing Corby based site.
This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will play a key part in meeting production targets and maintaining the high-quality standards the business is renowned for.
The Role
As a valued member of the team, your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Fit frames, sashes, glass panes, trims, hinges, and locking systems
- Ensure all installations are aligned, insulated, sealed, and weatherproof
- Measure openings accurately to ensure correct fitting and materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow building regulations and company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on customer properties
- Communicate professionally with team members
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong practical and hands‑on skills, with good attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation instructions.
- Competence with tools and safe working practices.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina, as the role involves lifting.
- Experience in window fitting or glazing is preferred, though training will be provided.
