Full Time or Part Time 24 or 36 hours (£12.35 p.h.)
Join our friendly, experience team at Lawreth, a small specialised service supporting two adult men with autism, learning disabilites, OCD behaviours and complex needs.
You will provide 24 hour person-centred support as part of a team, including
nights, helping people develop independence, daily
living skills and confidence. The role includes some
personal care, delivered with dignity and respect.
Residents enjoy active, meaningful lives with
community outings, day trips, National Trust visits
and ESPA’s educational and vocational opportunities.
Full specialist training provided
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Are willing to work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines
* Have worked with Autistic adults, but not essential as full training provided
* Have a high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
* Have a level of fitness that enables participation in activities as part of agreed programmes
Although not essential, a clean driving license would be advantageous
In return, we can offer you:
