To work within both the nursing and multi-disciplinary team to provide evidencebased, holistic and family centred care to neonates from admission to discharge.To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluationof nursing care within the neonatal unit.To participate in the teaching and supervision of junior staff and student nursesas required.To be a safe and effective practitioner able to provide patients and parents/carerswith high quality nursing care.
