Description

We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join our dedicated team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. As an Experienced Social Worker, you will utilize your expertise in assessment, intervention, and resource connection to help clients achieve their goals and improve their social functioning. Your work will involve collaborating with other professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations, to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s unique situation. You will play a vital role in advocating for client needs and connecting them with essential services while ensuring they navigate complex systems effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, you will provide crisis intervention and counseling, supporting individuals in coping with traumatic experiences and fostering resilience. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and strengths.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for clients.
Provide counseling and support to help clients navigate personal, social, and economic challenges.
Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive necessary services and support.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes.
Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance social work skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Valid state-issued license to practice as a social worker.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social work or related field.
Strong understanding of social work principles, ethics, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions.

Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £25.00
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
