An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Midlands and North West Bowel Screening Hub as a Quality Senior Screening Administrator.

The Screening Hub is one of five hub for the National Bowel Cancer Screening Programme offering screening every 2 years to eligible subjects.

The role will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support for Quality Assurance within the Department in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies, and procedures.

We are seeking to appoint staff with a proactive and dynamic approach who work well independently and as part of a team. The work will be varied and provide the right candidate with a suitable level of challenge and interest. A highly organised and efficient worker will find the role rewarding and engaging.

The working hours will be on a shift rotation of alternate weeks Mon - Friday 0800 - 1600 and Mon - Friday 0930 - 1730.

Within the role of Quality Senior Screening Administrator you will act as a point of contact for dealing with quality assurance related enquiries and take action as necessary liaising with others as appropriate.

You will use the Quality Management System - Q Pulse to complete tasks including Audits, Document Management and Error Reporting administration.

• Become an auditor for the department carrying out audits (both internal and ISO) as listed on the Q-pulse audit schedule.
• Maintain the department training records ensuring that the information is up-to-date and issue of new records to new starters.
• Prepare 1 to 1 and Appraisal paperwork for SA and SSA staff
