Summary
The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne are recruiting for a
Painter/Decorator
to join our Maintenance team full-time, 35 hours per week
When you join us…
- You will be required to assist in the main hotel with painting and maintenance work, including preventative and reactive work within the hotel bedrooms and public areas.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel carrying out other ad hoc maintenance tasks.
- You will be working within the multi-skilled Maintenance team and whilst this will be your main responsibility you will have the support of the rest of the team.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours, five days per week, 8.30am – 3.30pm, there may be a requirment to work some weekends.
Interview may include a work trial.
What we need from you…
- Experience in all aspects of painting and decorating
- Be competent at achieving a high standard of finish
- Be able to work to high standards with minimal supervision
- General Maintenance experience ideally within a customer service environment
- Have excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
