Car Sales Executive – Prestige Main Dealer
Walton-on-Thames Area
OTE £55,000 – £60,000+ | Company Car & Fuel
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a prestige brand main dealership in the Walton-on-Thames area. This is a high-performing sales environment offering strong earning potential, regular salary reviews, and the chance to represent a highly respected automotive brand.
Salary & Earnings
• Basic Salary: £18,000 / £20,000 / £22,000 / £24,000
(Reviewed every 6 months and increased based on the previous 6 months’ performance)
• OTE: £55,000 – £60,000+
(Based on 13 units per month plus product sales)
• Company Car & Fuel Provided
⏰ Working Hours
• Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 3 rota)
• One weekday off
The Role
• Selling vehicles in line with manufacturer and brand standards
• Providing an outstanding, premium-level customer experience
• Achieving and exceeding sales and product targets
• Maximising finance, insurance, and add-on opportunities
• Building long-term customer relationships and repeat business
• Maintaining accurate administration and CRM records
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer or prestige experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• A professional, well-presented, customer-first approach
• Target-driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed
• Full UK driving licence
