We are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator.
This role would support Lifecycle Team (service and parts departments) and be based at our offices in Rixon Road, Wellingborough. In a typical day, your tasks would include (but not be limited to):
1. Meeting and greeting customers.
2. Managing the Service and Parts phone lines, ensuring queries are managed and recorded on the internal system.
3. Managing work allocation for the engineering team and recording this work on the app-based system.
4. Ensuring the administration for warranty and machine registrations are completed.
Training in the role will be provided.
What we need from you:
1. A friendly and patient telephone manner.
2. A good understanding of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a willingness to learn our internal systems.
3. A good understanding of WhatsApp – we use this extensively to communicate with our colleagues around the UK.
