Summary

Skilled Labourer Required – Selby

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer based in Selby to work on void social housing properties, supporting trades on site.

Details:

• Location: Selby

  
  

• Rate: £15 per hour

  
  

• Work: Void social homes

  
  

• Contract Length: 40–50 weeks available

  
  

  Duties Will Include:

  • Assisting trades on site with day-to-day tasks

    
    

  • General labouring duties across void properties

    
    

  • Basic fixing, making good, and preparation works

    
    

  • Moving materials and keeping work areas tidy

    
    

  • Supporting refurb and maintenance activities as required

    
    

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Previous experience working on domestic or social housing projects

      
      

    • Comfortable turning a hand to a variety of tasks and site support work

      
      

    • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

      
      

    • CSCS card preferred (if applicable)
