We’re working with a busy fast fit garage in New Milton that’s on the hunt for an Assistant Centre Manager.

What you’ll be doing as an Assistant Centre Manager:
- Supporting the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the workshop
- Making sure customers receive excellent service and leave happy
- Supervising and helping out technicians and fast fit staff
- Managing appointment schedules and workflow in the workshop
- Keeping everything safe and compliant with health and safety standards
- Promoting additional services and helping meet sales targets
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
- Experience working in a fast fit or automotive service environment
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service
- Technical knowledge, ideally with some supervisory or technician experience
- A full driving licence
