What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently recruiting for a part time Teaching Assistant based at Norton Hill School.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional, highly motivated and hard-working Teaching Assistant to support in class, 1:1 and in specific interventions. Good subject knowledge in Maths and English is essential along with a reasonable level of ICT experience.
The following would be desirable:
• English and Maths GCSEs
• Experience across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
• NVQ 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification
• Completion of the DfES Teacher Assistant Induction Programme
We will provide training for inexperienced applicants.
