· Classroom Management: You will help prepare the learning environment, from creating vibrant wall displays to maintaining an up-to-date inventory of resources. You’ll ensure that materials are stocked, equipment is safe, and the classroom is ready for every new challenge.

· Social & Emotional Growth: A core part of this role is establishing supportive relationships. You will promote acceptance and inclusion, helping to reinforce pupils’ self-esteem and social integration through positive interaction.

· Active Supervision: Your support extends beyond the classroom. You will supervise break and lunch periods, organizing approved games and activities that enhance social development.
