We are looking for someone to run the day‑to‑day work in our packing shed.
The job includes organising the team, making sure all tasks are done on time, and keeping the workplace running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
• Organise and support the packing shed team during daily operations
• Make sure all BRC paperwork is completed correctly and kept up to date
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality
• Coordinate transport and ensure orders are collected and delivered on time
• Communicate clearly with managers, drivers, and other departments
What We’re Looking For
• Someone organised and confident working with a small team
• Good attention to detail, especially with paperwork
• Able to work calmly and efficiently during busy periods
• Reliable, positive, and willing to take responsibility
