About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a meaningful part in helping adults and young people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and those with mental health needs to live the life they choose. Every day brings something different. You might be:

Supporting someone to build daily living skills at home

Helping them access the community, from shopping trips to social groups

Encouraging new hobbies, activities, and personal goals

Providing emotional reassurance and practical support

Promoting independence, wellbeing, and confidence

Working alongside families, professionals, and your team to deliver person‑centred care
Whether it's a walk to the park, attending college, learning to cook, or developing new routines, your support helps people grow, thrive, and feel valued.
Pay & Hours

Flexible shifts available (including some evenings or weekends)
