We have a maternity cover vacancy available to join the team at Redfield Edge for a lunchbreak supervisor.This is a temporary cover role starting 13th February 2026 to 18th February 2027 covering maternity leave.Role / responsibilities - includes supervising the children in the lunch hall, playground and field, setting up and cleaning away the tables / chairs and leading games/activities in our play zones. You will provide first aid to pupils and occasionally help serve food.
We are looking for a lunch break supervisor who is
• Enjoys working with children
• Motivated team player
• Good communicator
• Caring, flexible and enthusiastic• Experienced working in an education or care setting looking after children (not essential)
Training for First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene will be available. This role involves manual handling on a daily basis.Time: 12 - 1.30pm Monday – Friday Term Time Only Hours: 7.5 hours per weekPay Scale: MPT 2.3 £25106 FTE Actual Pro rata Pay £4265 per annum
