You must be experienced, dynamic, highly organised and enthusiastic, with outstanding leadership skills, a good head for business and a large heart for people with excellent communication and team skills. You will have vision, be adaptable, and conscientious. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner and our excellent Clinical and AdmirativeOperational Managers, supported by fantastic administrative and clinical teams, to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice, fulfilling all necessary management duties as agreed with the Partner.
