Pay Rate: £14.09 per hour
Hours: 22:00 – 10:00 | 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts)
Breaks: 1 hour
Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)
Start Date: 27/01/2026

KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with PPT / Counterbalance FLT to join a large, well-established logistics operation based on the Crewe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, night-shift work with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general warehouse operative duties

  
  

• Operating PPT or Counterbalance FLT trucks safely

  
  

• Moving, loading, and unloading stock

  
  

• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch

  
  

• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

  
  Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience

    
    

  • PPT or Counterbalance FLT experience is essential

    
    

  • Good attention to detail

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
