Great Wyrley Academy is seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer with Family Support to join our Attendance team to achieve excellence.The Attendance Officer will play a key role in promoting excellent attendance and punctuality across the school. Working closely with pupils, families, and staff, the postholder will support children and families to remove barriers to attendance, ensuring pupils are safe, engaged, and able to access learning.Family support is a core aspect of this role, requiring a relational, solution-focused approach to strengthen home-school communication and improve outcomes for children.Great Wyrley Academy is part of a growing Multi Academy Trust which affords our staff many cross-phase opportunities and has recently achieved ‘good’ in all areas following its recent Ofsted inspection.
