Requirements
Prior experience working with groups of children (aged 11-16).
The mental strength to handle challenging behaviour with a calm demeanour.
Right to work in the UK.
An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one).

Quick Thinking: The ability to grasp a lesson plan and deliver it with confidence in minutes.
Presence: A natural ability to lead a room and command respect through engagement.

Discretion: Handling sensitive student information and school protocols with professionalism.

Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Lead lessons across various subjects, ensuring students stay on task and meet their learning objectives.
Classroom Culture: Maintain a focused and respectful atmosphere using the school's specific behaviour management tools.
Student Support: Actively circulate the room to provide 1-on-1 assistance and clarify instructions.
Administrative Accuracy: Complete registers promptly and ensure all student work is collected and organised.
Collaborative Feedback: Leave detailed handover notes for the returning teacher to ensure continuity in learning.
Professional Integrity: Adhere to all safeguarding and "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSiE) guidelines.
