A|RICS|SURVEYOR is an innovative residential surveying company which specialises in providing tailored pre-purchase RICS Home Surveys, Housing Disrepair Surveys and Residential Valuations.
The company incorporates the latest technologies to ensure that surveys and reports are accurate, timely and cost-effective.
Location and working hours:
Home Based / Remote.
Part-Time Role with flexible working hours. Minimum 20 hours per week.
Salary:
£26-30k per annum pro rata.
Salary is dependant upon experience and hours worked per week.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer enquiries over the phone and e-mail.
Take and process customer orders and payments.
Raise invoices and deal with paperwork.
Update customer records.
Provide after-sales support.
Input information into a client database.
Business development - Maintaining B2B clients and developing new relationships with estate agents, solicitors, financial advisers, building contractors etc.
Skills and Knowledge:
Sales experience (essential).
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to sell products and services.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Willingness to learn.
IT literate (particularly with MS Excel).
Experienced in working with Zoho CRM (desirable).
An understanding of GDPR is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
