Job Summary
The Arcade Assistant supports daily operations of the slots arcade by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting players, and ensuring arcade machines are functioning properly. This role is customer-facing and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, fun, and secure atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist players with machine use, payouts, and general inquiries
• Monitor gaming floor to ensure compliance with arcade policies
• Handle cash transactions, ticket redemptions, and point systems
• Report machine malfunctions and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor
• Enforce age restrictions and responsible gaming guidelines
• Support promotional events and loyalty programs
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Follow all security and safety protocols
Qualifications
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must meet legal age requirements for gaming establishments
Schedule & Compensation
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
