We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Executive / Sales Designer to join a fast-paced B2C sales environment where results drive earnings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, following a proven sales process, and maximising commission through performance.

SALARY: £26,000 per annum Basic Salary / £50,000 OTE (includes basic), Uncapped Commission + Benefits (Company Pension, Casual Dress Code, Employee Mentoring Programme, Free Onsite Parking)
LOCATION: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands (100% Office Based)
You MUST live within a 30 Minute Commute to Mansfield
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Mixture of 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm and 11am to 7pm and every other Saturday 10am to 2pm with half a day back in the week

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Sales Designer to join a performance-driven sales team where high activity and strong closing ability are rewarded with uncapped commission. This is a role for someone who wants earnings linked directly to results.
As a Sales Executive / Sales Designer you will take control of pre-booked appointments, lead structured sales conversations, handle objections confidently, and close deals through a defined consultative sales process. You will be accountable for your pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
The Sales Executive / Sales Designer role suits an individual who is competitive, resilient, and motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential. Full training is provided, but success is driven by mindset, discipline, and a strong closing mentality.
Ideal candidates will also have an eye for detail, be confident closing deals, be motivated by money, and be willing to work hard to hit targets. After all, with an uncapped commission structure, the only one who will hold you back from earning serious money is you!

DUTIES
Your duties as the Sales Executive / Sales Designer include:
Closing Sales: Converting pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments over Zoom into confirmed sales
Sales Conversations: Leading structured, confident sales discussions with customers
Pipeline Management: Managing leads, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM systems
Needs Discovery: Identifying customer requirements to position the right solution
Objection Handling: Overcoming resistance and turning hesitation into commitment
Target Delivery: Consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
Process Adherence: Following a proven sales framework to maximise conversion rates
Revenue Growth: Maximising order value and overall deal profitability
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
Sales Background: Previous experience in direct, consultative, or target-driven sales
Closing Ability: Proven confidence in asking for the sale and handling objections
Commercial Focus: Strong motivation to earn commission and exceed targets
IT Confidence: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
Resilience: Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
DESIRABLE
Design Exposure: Experience using CAD or similar sales design tools
Virtual Sales: Experience selling via video or online consultations
Interior Sales: Background in home improvement, interiors, or fitted products
