Full time, permanent • Salary £45,000 plus performance related bonus

Make a difference every day

As Regional Manager for the North, you’ll lead a portfolio of care hubs and take full responsibility for operational performance, growth and quality across your region. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director for Homecare to scale services safely and sustainably, supporting both existing hubs and new developments. This is a senior, hands-on role with real accountability and influence.

What you’ll do

- Lead and support a group of local care hubs across the North
- Take full responsibility for regional performance including growth, quality and financial results
- Support the launch and integration of new hubs as the business expands
- Develop and coach hub managers to build strong, accountable local leadership
- Ensure consistently high standards of care and CQC compliance
- Build effective relationships with commissioners and key local stakeholders
- Balance commercial decision making with compassionate, values-led leadership
- Travel regularly across the region to stay connected to teams and services

About you

This role will suit you if you:

- Have senior operational experience in domiciliary or homecare services
- Have managed multi-site or regional care operations
- Are comfortable owning a P&L and driving sustainable growth
- Understand CQC requirements and regulated care environments
- Lead confidently, calmly and with credibility
- Enjoy being visible, present and involved across services
- Are happy to travel regularly across your region


Experience of scaling services, acquisitions or hub and spoke models is a bonus but not essential.
