We’re looking or compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our agency team in Blackwood. If you’re passionate about helping others and confident working in different care settings, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Overview
Pay: from £14 - £15 per hour
Location: Blackwood
Hours: Flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)
Start: Immediate starts available
Type: Temporary / Agency Support Work
Key Responsibilities
Providing person‑centred support
Assisting with daily living tasks
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care
Personal care duties where required
Working across residential homes, supported living services, and community settings
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant preferred
A caring, patient, and professional approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and flexibility
Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care beneficial but not essential
