The successful candidate will be able to provide strategic and operational leadership of Key Stage 3 Science, ensuring a coherent, ambitious and well-sequenced curriculum that secures strong foundations for GCSE study. They will also be able to lead curriculum development, assessment and teaching and learning at KS3, contributing to whole-department improvement while remaining accountable to the Head of Science.Colonel Frank Seely Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region.
