We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Home Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed EBD children’s home in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, child-focused professional to deliver outstanding care and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

The Role

As Children’s Home Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home

  
  

• Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care is delivered at all times

  
  

• Achieve and maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings

  
  

• Lead, develop, and inspire a skilled staff team

  
  

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and safeguarding standards

  
  

• Build positive relationships with young people, families, professionals, and external agencies

  
  

• Manage budgets, rotas, and staff performance effectively

  
  About You

  You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting

    
    

  • Strong knowledge of EBD and complex needs

    
    

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

    
    

  • A child-centred, therapeutic approach to care

    
    

  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

    
    

  • A genuine passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable young people
