CRM Technical Solutions Analyst

Milton Keynes

Competitive salary, company car & excellent benefits.

We're looking for a technically strong CRM Analyst to join our client at a critical point in a major CRM transformation. This role sits at the heart of a multi‑phase Salesforce programme.

Salesforce is the strategic CRM platform, with Dynamics 365 also in use during a phased transition. The focus of the role is firmly on the technical and integration aspects of CRM, working closely with developers, Salesforce, and third‑party partners to deliver, test, and stabilise solutions. You'll be responsible for translating functional requirements into clear technical specifications, challenging design decisions, and ensuring data flows reliably across multiple systems.

This is not a purely user‑facing BA role - it requires someone comfortable operating at the technical end of the spectrum, able to push back where needed and keep delivery on track in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can change.

Salesforce experience is a plus rather than essential. What matters most is strong technical capability, experience working with CRM platforms, and a solid understanding of system integrations. You'll also play a key role in onboarding and working alongside a CRM support partner as the platform moves from build into BAU.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the CRM Business Analyst to assess and validate technical solutions, designs, and proofs of concept.
  • Own and oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of CRM‑related projects.
  • Work with CX leaders to capture technical workflows and translate them into effective CRM configuration.
  • Review functional designs and collaborate with delivery partners to produce robust technical design documentation.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around CRM and wider software architecture.
  • Provide technical input into infrastructure and end‑to‑end solution design.
  • Take ownership of resolving IT issues within the CRM domain impacting live services or delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on automated unit and integration testing.
  • Lead and facilitate technical consultation and design workshops.
  • Monitor and improve CRM data quality in partnership with the CRM team.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams and third‑party suppliers to integrate systems into CRM.
  • Partner with the Cyber Security Manager to identify and mitigate technical risks.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business / Solutions Analyst or Architect, with strong technical understanding and hands‑on delivery across configuration, implementation, and live environments.
  • Practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Solid knowledge of integration platforms, ideally MuleSoft, and delivering scalable system integrations.
  • Experience shaping technical solutions in collaboration with developers to deliver fit‑for‑purpose outcomes.
  • Proven experience planning and supporting data migration, ensuring data quality and continuity.
  • Confident communicator with experience working alongside third‑party suppliers and influencing ways of working within technology teams.
