Summary
Workshop Operative / Assembly Assistant
Location: Spalding
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:00pm Friday 7.30am - 3.00pm
We are currently looking for a reliable and practical individual to join a busy workshop team in the Spalding area. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and assembling components.
The Role:
Working in a workshop environment assembling components
Manufacturing covers similar to roller shutter garage doors (on a smaller scale)
Using hand tools and machinery safely and accurately
Following instructions and working to quality standards
Supporting general workshop duties as required
About You:
Practical and confident working with your hands
Reliable, punctual, and keen to work
Able to work well as part of a team
Previous workshop, assembly, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
