£30,000 to £40,000 per year (DOE) + Overtime
Full-time, Permanent
We’re looking for and experienced Agricultural Engineer / Tractor Mechanic to join a well-established team in the Tiverton area.
This is a varied, hands-on tole working with a wide range of modern and traditional farm machinery. You’ll split your time between workshop repairs, servicing and mobile callouts to local farms and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Service, repair and maintain tractors and agricultural machinery
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
Prepare new and used machinery for delivery
Carry out on-farm breakdowns and maintenance visits
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What we are looking for
Proven experience as an Agricultural Engineer, Plant Fitter, or HGV/Mechanical Technician
Strong fault finding and repair skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Full UK Driving License (Essential)
Relevant mechanical or agricultural engineering qualification (advantageous)
