Crynodeb
Participate in the implementation and evaluation of standards of care within the relevant department. Continue to develop clinical knowledge and professional skills of practice. Report to clinical leads any complaints, accidents, incidents and near misses both verbally and in writing, completing relevant Datix incident reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential to ensure a safe, effective and compassionate service. Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and ensure relevant registration and revalidation. Be an excellent communicator and team worker, you will also be flexible and motivated Skills in the utilisation of I.T. systems. Ability to work to deadlines and cope with a fast turnover of patients. Ensure completion of mandatory training within 3 months of start date.
